  Demon slayer's weapons are usually fast(5).
  Weapon booster skill lowers that to faster(3).
  Attack speed +1 lowers it to 2.
  2 is the 'soft cap'. You can't go any lower than that without Monster Park Green Potion (or Rune of Swiftness, but those only last a couple minutes).
  If you did use Green potion, it would lower your speed to 1, and THEN speed infusion could lower it further, to 0, which is the 'hard cap'. Can't go any faster than that.
  TL;DR: You need Green potion to see the effect of speed infusion.

  So if i remove +1 atk speed and keep speed infusion wouldn't the benefit be better for me? And then I can go for inner ability Boss dmg because my boss dmg is disgustingly low

  Boss Damage is way too easy to get on your gear. Attack Speed +1 is not.
  I'd keep that and strive to replace the dSI with dSE or %crit rate/damage, myself.
  Note that in giving up either dSI or AS+1, you're probably giving up the ability to reach the hard speed cap (0) if you do decide to go farm green potions at some point in the future.

  I didn't get, if with booster he have 3, can't he have inner speed+DSI and Monster park potion to reach 0 att speed?
