How much damage would be gained putting +9 weapon enchant on a 2.1 speed 2hander vs Crusader Just wanna know the math, for me it looks like it would be about 60AP added per swing, not including haste buffs and such, vs the 7ppm Crusader which is 100AP. Build Overview

While leveling a Warrior to 60 is a tough challenge, players who manage to do it are rewarded with a Class that has the most potential in the game (both for Tanking and Damage Dealing). For the most part, Fury Warriors top DPS meters in Classic and scale very well with Gear, which means that they get even better as the game progresses through Raid Tiers. However, the fact that the Class does well in the End-Game is wide known, which results in an abundance of Warriors and potentially a substantial difficulty in finding a strong Raiding Guild. Another side effect of Warrior's popularity and clearly visible strength is the fact that solid gear is hard to get, as competition for it is always fierce (there will be multiple Fury Warriors in every Raid and all of them will want exact same items). If you want to main a Fury Warrior, you have to be one of the best Fury Warriors out there, otherwise, you will drown in a sea of other Rage users.

Pros Cons
Scales very well with Gear High Gear dependance (badly geared Warrior deals rather low DPS)
Very high DPS potential, especially with proper itemization Very slow and difficult to level solo
Can act as an Off-Tank in Raids and as the Main Tank in 5-mans if needed (a spare Tanking Set might be required, however) The most popular class in the game. Getting gear in Raids (or even finding a Raid/Guild) might be a real problem
Strong in PvP as well, especially with a pocket Healer The abundance of Fury Warriors may force you to eventually roll as a Tank
Very high Skill-cap, not only in PvP (Warrior is a great class for minmaxers) High repair bills will burn a large hole in your Wallet, especially during Raid progression

The Best Race Choice

Note: Here, we will point you only towards the best PvE DPS Warrior Race. If you'd like to know more about other race picks, please check our WoW Classic Beginners Guide, where we dive deep into all available Warrior's race choices for both factions.

Alliance
If you want your Racials to affect your DPS, there is only one choice in Alliance and it is Human. His Sword and Mace Specializations give him a considerable edge over other available allied races. They decrease your chance to miss an attack, reduce enemy's chance to dodge, block, and parry, and most of all, reduce glancing blow (glancing blows deal damage reduced in proportion to the difference between Target's defense skill and Attaker's weapon skill) penalty, which is huge for DPS.

Horde
Classic's racials are not too balanced. This clearly shows when you look at the ones available to the Horde and see that Undead, Troll, and Tauren can't really compete with Orc. He's Axe Specialization and Blood Fury have the highest impact on DPS, leaving all other Horde Races far behind. Moreover, Orc's Stun-Resist passive makes him great in PvP as well, so you don't even have to make any compromises between PvP and PvE when picking a Race on the Horde side.

The Best Professions Choice

There is only one profession that makes a real impact in Raids and it is Engineering (Alchemy is also a decent option, but you can buy Flasks, Elixirs, and Potions from other players, which makes it much less impactful). It gives you access to powerful explosives that increase your AoE and Single-Target DPS. On top of that, it lets you create and use Gnomish Battle Chicken Trinket that summons a Guardian Chicken that fights at your side and has a chance on hit to cast a 'Battle Squawk' which boosts Melee attack speed of all Party members by 5%, making it a must-have in every competitive group. The fact that Engineering is also considered the best PvP profession is an added benefit to its power in PvE environment.

At the start, you should pick Mining to supplement your Engineering Skill, you can always switch it to another profession of your liking later on.

Note: If you want to know more about all available professions and secondary skills, please check our detailed WoW Classic Professions Guide.

Statistics Priority

  1. Weapon Stats - Warrior's DPS depends primarily on his Weapons. You should aim to upgrade them before upgrading any other gear piece. The most important Weapon Stat to look for, as a Fury Warrior, is the Weapon's DPS.
  1. Weapon Skill - Increases your chance to Hit, decreases enemy's chance to Block, Dodge, and Parry, and counteracts Glancing Blow Penalty. You should aim to get 308 Weapon Skill (if you pick Orc/Human, all you'll need is 3 additional points).
  1. Hit Chance - Increases your chance to Hit a Target, which positively affects your DPS (both directly as more hits = more damage, and indirectly as more hits = more Rage = more Special Attacks = more damage).
  1. Critical Strike - Gives you a chance to deal additional (critical) Damage with all your attacks. It also effectively increases the uptime of your Flurry.
  1. Attack Power/Strength - Increases Damage you deal to your enemies. Warrior's Strength to Damage proportion is calculated as follows: 1 Str = 2 AP, and 14 AP = 1 Weapon DPS (so, 7 Str = 1 Weapon DPS).
  1. Agility - Increases your Critical Strike chance, providing you with higher Flurry uptimes and generally increasing your DPS.

The Best Talent Builds

Proper Talent allocation is essential for maximizing Damage output. Here, we will describe the most optimal spec and lead you through the Talent Trees level-by-level to explain some choices.

There are two paths to choose - the standard Dual Wield build that provides the highest sustained DPS and an alternative Two-Handed build that can be used if you happen upon a solid Two-Handed Weapon that is clearly better than your current One Handers. Moreover, the Two-Handed build is a good choice at the start, because of lower Hit requirements (with a Two-Handed weapon, you ignore dual-wielding Hit chance penalty), especially on Horde's side thanks to the Windfury Totem.

Fury Warrior Dual Wield PvE DPS Build

None of my dmg are downloading. Arms Tree:

  • 3/3Improved Heroic Strike
  • 3/3Improved Rend
  • 5/5Tactical Mastery - Very strong Talent that enables you to swap stances during combat without any significant Rage loss. Without it, Stance Dancing would not be possible.
  • 1/1Anger Management - This talent might surprise you because it has a property that is not shown in the tooltip. It generates 1 point of Rage every 3 seconds, making it one of the strongest Warrior Talents. It also synergizes well with Bloodrage, allowing you to stack on Rage before combat starts.
  • 3/3Deep Wounds - Bleeding effects ignore Armor, making this Talent even better than it looks.
  • 2/2Impale - This provides you with 20% Critical Strike Damage bonus from all your abilities for just 2 Talent points, a bargain to say the least.

Fury Tree:

How does memento of angerboda show up in dmg. 1-2 procs each per minute. You get maybe about the same amount of time of boosted haste as you would from memento, but you miss out on the 'haste' from Crit, and the passive damage boost from the potential Mastery proc.As for uptime, my usual uptime is about an even split 6-8% uptime on a 5min fight on each of the three buffs.

  • 5/5Cruelty - Warrior has a very strong Critical Strike synergy, so there is no real alternative here.
  • 5/5Unbridled Wrath - 40% chance to generate 1 point of Rage after dealing melee Damage with a Weapon. Strong Talent that synergizes with Dual-Wielding (2 weapons = more hits = more Rage generated with it).
  • 5/5Improved Battle Shout - This is an altruistic choice, as it lets you boost your group's DPS (if it consists of melee characters, as it should) at the cost of a global Cooldown and 10 Rage.
  • 5/5Dual Wielding Specialization - This decreases Off-Hand weapon Damage penalty, making it deal 62,5% damage instead of standard 50%.
  • 2/2Improved Execute
  • 5/5Enrage - Great Talent for PvP, and a 'don't really want to spend my points on nothing, but I have to if I want to unlock the next one' Talent for PvE. However, it has some minor applications when you are forced to act as an off-Tank.
  • 1/1 Death Wish - Very strong offensive Cooldown. Just be careful when you use it during AoE-heavy encounters.
  • 5/5Flurry - The reason why you spent 5 points on Enrage. If you have a decent Critical Strik chance, this will significantly boost your DPS. After gearing up in higher Raid Tiers, you'll be able to maintain Flurry at all times.
  • 1/1 Bloodthirst - Powerful instant ability on a short Cooldown, and a strong DPS contributor with a very minor Health regen effect attached.

Fury Warrior Two-Hander PvE DPS Build

Euro truck simulator 2 dmg. Arms Tree:

  • 2/3Improved Heroic Strike
  • 3/3Improved Rend
  • 5/5Tactical Mastery
  • 1/2Improved Overpower - makes your Overpower Crit 25% more often, making it worth a Stance swap. Remember to use it when at low Rage or you will lose DPS. It also works as a reliable Flurry activator.
  • 1/1Anger Management
  • 3/3Deep Wounds
  • 3/5Two-Handed Weapon Specialization - Flat Damage increase, sadly you can't afford to spend more than 3 points on it.
  • 2/2Impale

Fury Tree:

  • 5/5Cruelty
  • 5/5Unbridled Wrath
  • 3/3Improved Cleave - This Talent increases your Cleave Damage by a bit. Even though it only increases Bonus, not total Cleave's Damage, it still beats other choices when it comes to DPS boost.
  • 1/1Piercing Howl - This can be used to CC adds if needed (some additional utility is always nice).
  • 1/5Improved Battle Shout - point has to go somewhere.
  • 5/5Enrage
  • 4/5Improved Slam - Slam deals Weapon Damage which makes it very strong with a slow Two-Handed Weapon and this Talent significantly decreases Slam's Casting Time. Also, Slam does not eat a Weapon Swing, unlike Heroic Strike, which makes it preferable as a Rage spender ability.
  • 1/1 Death Wish
  • 5/5Flurry
  • 1/1 Bloodthirst

Where to get Pre-Raid/Raid BiS Gear

In order to maximize your DPS, you should aim to assemble the best possible Gear. This applies to both Pre-Raid and each of the Raid Tiers/Phases. Also, remember that it is the armament that gives the highest DPS boost, so you should start by getting the best warrior weapons available. Below, we present you the BiS (Bst-in-slot) list for all equipment slots.

Note1: The list will be updated with new items concurrently with the introduction of new Raids/Phases, so remember to visit this page after new Raid opens for an update on what current best Warrior items in each lot are.

Note2: Best in Slot items may vary depending on your Race, because of Weapon Skill-increasing Racials (Swords and Maces will be better for Humans and Axes will be better for Orcs).

Rotations

In Classic, Warriors don't have a strict rotation and use a priority list instead. This means that they don't have a build-up phase and can swap Targets quickly without losing DPS.

Please use the following Priority List for sustained Single-Target Damage output:

  1. Execute if Target below 20% Health
  1. Bloodthirst on Cooldown
  1. Whirlwind on Cooldown
  1. Heroic Strike / Slam(If using 2-Hander) to dump excess Rage
/
  1. Hamstring to dump excess Rage
Please use the following Sequence while in the Multi-Target Engagement:
  1. Whirlwind on Cooldown
  1. Execute on priority Target if it is below 20% Health
  1. Bloodthirst on Cooldown
  1. Cleave to dumb excess Rage
  1. Hamstring to dump excess Rage

https://natgol.netlify.app/where-are-dmg-files-stored-on-a-mac.html. Tips and Tricks for aspiring Warrior Raiders

  1. If you want to deal more Damage and stand out from your Raid competition, Stack Consumables. Spending some additional Gold or a few extra hours grinding might secure you a spot in a Raid, as Raid leaders prefer dedicated and well-prepared players.
  1. Use Macros. You should add a /startattack macro to all your offensive abilities. Other macros, like /cancelaura 'x', Weapon Swaps (/equip 'WeaponName') and even mouseovers (/cast [target=mouseover, exists] AbilityName; AbilityName) are worth considering as well.
  1. Always try to improve. Get an addon that tracks your performance and try to optimize your equipment and rotation.
